2ND SHIFT: 4 DAY WEEK & SHIFT PREMIUM

In order to maximize productivity and meet tight customer timelines Creative employs a 2nd shift. This shift operates four 10 hour days – Monday through Thursday from 3pm to 1:30am. 2nd shift employees are also paid a shift premium on top of their base wage.

Your health is important. That is why Creative offers benefits to all full-time employees. The full benefits package provides a variety of health care options. Creative assists employees with out-of-pocket expenses through a health reimbursement act (HRA)

Dental

Creative offers all full-time employees dental coverage through Guardian. Select an in-network dentist to maximize your savings and reduce your out-of-pocket costs.

Pharmacy

Prescription drug coverage is offered through our medical plan. You can choose to have prescriptions filled through either a retail or mail service pharmacy.

AFLAC

Creative provides an accident policy for each full-time employee. The employee can purchase other insurance, short term disability, life insurance and many others and pay by payroll deduction.

Tuition Reimbursement

Furthering your career sometimes means you need to further your education. Creative supports employees who wish to further their education in a related field and will provide reimbursement for educational related expenses.

Paid Time Off

At Creative, we realize the importance of balancing work and personal life, including time off with friends and family. Paid time off begins accruing on your date of hire and is based on length of service.

Holidays

Creative observes 8 paid holidays each year. All employees are eligible for this benefit.
